John brings over two decades of experience in high-end residential construction. Having started his career on some of London’s most prestigious private homes, he developed a meticulous approach to detail and an instinct for quality that defines Karringtons today.
John founded Karringtons to combine technical precision with a truly personal service, ensuring every project is delivered with transparency, collaboration, and craftsmanship at its core.
Known for his calm leadership and clear communication, John remains involved in every stage of each build, guiding teams and clients alike with professionalism and care.
