The Project
We're creating a our client's dream home with this stunning new build property in Sevenoaks.

ICF New Build,
in Sevenoaks
What's interesting about this project is that the client has decided to have the structure built using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), which provides a very time efficient construction process (compared to traditional brick and block) and produces an energy efficient house which requires substantially less energy to heat and cool.

The structure is built using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) blocks, then they are braced and concrete pumped in. Although the materials themselves are not less expensive, the time it takes to build the outer structure can be much faster. In this instance, we went from digging the footings to starting the roof in less than 5 weeks.

What's next....
There's still a lot to do, but we've almost finished the roof structure, ready for tiling.
Once this is complete we'll move on to the first fix for electrical and mechanical, and then start the internal fit out.

Early in 2023 we'll start the landscaping and create a beautiful outdoor space.

ICF New Build,
in Westerham
Another ICF project, which we're really excited about. Not only that, but it's also going to have most of the rear of the house as floor to ceiling folding doors, so our clients can make the most of summertime by opening up the entire rear of their house into a huge living space.
Refurbishment of 5 bed house, in Chislehurst
We're working hard with our client on this project to finalise some aspects of the design, and material choices. Once we've helped them we'll be submitting a full estimate for the works.

We're very excited, because we know our client's home will be transformed when we're finished, and they'll have the additional space they want, and new modern look and feel to their home.
