This project for a returning client involved a complete internal refurbishment and side extension, plus a new outbuilding with a VR golf simulator. Bespoke glazing, Lutron integration, and eco-upgrades all featured prominently. The phased design-and-build approach allowed us to balance cost, finish, and environmental performance.
