Cator Estate

This project began as a straightforward vertical extension but evolved into a full transformation of the home. Incorporating Lutron smart systems, triple-glazing, custom joinery, and a dual heating/cooling air source pump, the end result was a sleek and highly energy-efficient residence.

Despite complex design changes and tight logistics, the project was delivered on time and on budget, far exceeding the original scope and the client’s expectations.
