A six-bedroom home designed for long-term living with smart tech, staff quarters, and an internal lift. Built on challenging clay soil and subject to evolving client needs, the project was delivered using Procore software and in-house 3D design to coordinate changes.

Bespoke elements include curved concrete stairs and clear-span beams, combining elegance with future-proofed practicality.
