This high-spec home features five bedrooms, a gym/cinema outbuilding, and separate garage—all built with ICF for energy performance and sustainability. Custom joinery, Lutron automation and renewable systems were integrated throughout.

Despite large-scale concrete pours and scheduling complexities, the project remained aligned with the client’s vision and achieved a refined, timeless finish.
