Project Background
This property was in need of modernising throughout. Our clients were also new grandparents and wanted to increase their living and sleeping areas to accommodate their family when they stayed over, and when taking on babysitting responsibilities.
Our Services
We completely gutted this property, demolished the side garage and rear extension to make way for the new rear and side wrap-around extension. We had to make major alterations internally to create 2 extra bedrooms and a new ensuite and family bathroom. As well as creating a new study and large open planned kitchen with dining area.

The project also consisted of completely renewing the electrical and heating systems, glazing throughout, a fully landscaped rear garden and a new front garden with new driveway.
