Project Background
The property was a large detached 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a small kitchen/diner, 1 reception room and integrated garage. We converted it into a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property with a large open plan kitchen with dining area, snug, and 3 additional reception rooms.
Our Services
The project comprised of a loft conversion adding an additional bedroom as well as a plant room in the roof space, a large two story rear extension and a smaller single story extension with a cantilevered corner to create a completely glass to glass corner on the rear sliding doors.
We completely opened the rear of the property adding 3 new 2.4m tall triple sliding door openings to create a large 20m kitchen/diner with a hand made kitchen and utility with custom joinery throughout, including a new bespoke oak staircase.

We also converted the original garage to one of the addition room with a custom built wine cellar.
