Project Background
This 3 bed Edwardian semi-detached house was bought as an investment property in a joint venture by two partners.
They wanted a complete refurbishment whilst adding market value to the property and a fast turn around to allow a quick sale with return on investment.
Our Services
The property was in a poor state of repair, we had to completely gut the property back to bare brickwork and start again.
We added a large bedroom in the loft with an ensuite, bespoke joinery though out and a single-story extension to the rear. We had to completely renew the electrical and heating systems.

We also had to completely clear the rear garden and fully landscape the area as well as install a new driveway.
