Project Background
This two story dwelling comprises of a large open plan kitchen/diner, large entrance hall, study, two further reception rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

The client wanted to renovate the whole house to create a light and spacious feel, and incorporating smart technologies.
Our Services
We worked with the client on a design and build principle, to help with the design features such as the custom stairs and glass balustrading.

We completely gutted the property and reconfigured the internal layout, fitted the kitchen, Bathrooms and custom joinery and staircase, AV system and re-decorated throughout.
We were also involved with the complete re-design of the outside place creating a completely paved area around the property with decking inserts, lighting and glass balustrading.
