Project Background
A complete refurbishment of the ground floor of this 5 bed, 5 bathroom property with 3 extensions, a new ensuite, installation of a swimming pool and construction of a pool house and complete landscaping of the garden.
Our Services
We worked closely with the client and architects to deliver a luxury finish. The property had a complex structural alteration which involved removing 50% of the ground floor walls to create the spectacular glass openings with a counter lever corner for the corner bifold system.
The ground floor was clad in ‘Shou Sugi Ban’ charred timber cladding and we installed a wraparound opening pergola.
We also added a custom ‘Lutron Lighting’ system for the house, pool house and garden.
